What if I want to return an item for a refund or exchange?
You can return any item for any reason as long as:.
- You request an Return Authorization Code within 30 days of purchase.
- The item returned is in 100% new/resalable condition.
- Electrical items have not been soldered or have the wires cut.
- The returned item has all of the original undamaged packing.
How do I get a Return Authorization Code to return or exchange an item?
Simply Contact Us and include your order number and item(s) your want to return or exchange and we will send you a Return Authorization Code by email. Be sure to put the RA on the outside of the box when returning it. Packages sent without an RA will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
What if an item is defective?
Contact Us with the details of the problem and include your order number and item you are having trouble with and we will send you a Return Authorization Code by email to send the item back for an exchange. A replacement will only be sent after the defective item has been received.
Who pays shipping on returns and exchanges?
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any items returned for refund plus return shipping on any items requested for exchange. If an item returned is found to be defective, it should be returned by First Class Mail and and a replacement will be shipped at no charge. The customer will be refunded the amount of the First Class mail return postage. If the customer chooses to return the item via another shipping method other that firt class mail, it is done at their expense. If an item returned is found not to be defective, we will return it at no charge and no shipping refund will be issued.
When will I receive my refund for an item that was returned?
Refunds typically take 10-14 days from when they are received to be processed and credited. You will receive an email when your refund is processed and your card or account has been credited. Pleas allow a day for the refund to post to your PayPal account and a few days more for credit card refunds to post.
