Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing GuitarElectronics.com for your guitar parts and accessories needs. We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! We carry only the highest quality parts and inspect each item in every order so the number returns we get it extremely low. However, in the event you are not happy with an item or you can not use it for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days for a refund-No problem. Contact Us to get a Return Authorization Code

What if I want to return an item for a refund or exchange? You can return any item for any reason as long as:.

  • You request an Return Authorization Code within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item returned is in 100% new/resalable condition.
  • Electrical items have not been soldered or have the wires cut.
  • The returned item has all of the original undamaged packing.

How do I get a Return Authorization Code to return or exchange an item? Simply Contact Us and include your order number and item(s) your want to return or exchange and we will send you a Return Authorization Code by email. Be sure to put the RA on the outside of the box when returning it. Packages sent without an RA will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

What if an item is defective? Contact Us with the details of the problem and include your order number and item you are having trouble with and we will send you a Return Authorization Code by email to send the item back for an exchange. A replacement will only be sent after the defective item has been received.

Who pays shipping on returns and exchanges? The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any items returned for refund plus return shipping on any items requested for exchange. If an item returned is found to be defective, we will either refund the amount of shipping paid on the original order and ship the replacement at no charge. If an item returned is found not to be defective, we will return it at no charge and no shipping refund will be issued.

When will I receive my refund for an item that was returned? Refunds typically take 10-14 days from when they are received to be processed and credited. You will receive an email when your refund is processed and your card or account has been credited. Pleas allow a day for the refund to post to your PayPal account and a few days more for credit card refunds to post.

No: In order to protect you financial information and to ensure accuracy of orders and billing information, we do not take phone orders or provide support by phone for web sales. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my credit card or PayPal billing address?
If you paid by Credit Card: YES. If you paid by PayPal: NO. Credit card orders may be shipped to an alternate address as long as the billing address matches the banks records. To prevent fraud and retain seller protection all PayPal orders will be shipped to the address you have listed with PayPal regardless of what address you enter on your order. This is a PayPal feature that we can not control.
What if my PayPal account is unverified and/or my address is unconfirmed?
To retain full seller protection with PayPal, we reserve the right to cancel orders if the PayPal account is unverified and the street address is unconfirmed. The decision to approve unverified and/or unconfirmed payments is made based on the order amount, destination and other factors. The ensure you PayPal payments go through easily on our site as well as others, we recommend you log in to your PayPal account and get verified AND confirmed.
Can I pay for my online order by mail with a Cashiers Check or Money Order?
YES: To pay for your online order by mail, select "Cashiers Check or Money Order Prepayment by Mail" and mail your payment with a copy of the online order conformation page.
How can I get detailed information about an online order?
You can get detailed information about a specific order buy logging in to your account and clicking on the order number you want information about. Also be sure to read the Order Notes for addition information updated by our staff.
When I log into my account, what do the different order statuses mean?
* Recent-Order was been received and it waiting to be processed.
* Pending-Order is being reviewed for processing.
* Approved-Order Payment has been completed and order is ready to ship.
* Completed-Order has been billed and shipped.

� What if an item I order is out of stock?
If you paid by Credit Card, your card will only be charged for the items we have in stock and ship. When the out of stock item is available, we will bill for that item at that time and ship ship it free. If you paid by PayPal, We will ship the items that are in stock and ship the out of stock item when it becomes available at no additional charge. Note that we can not split PayPal payments so you will be billed for the entire order at the time of checkout. You can also Contact Us to cancel a backordered credit card or PayPal order at any time. (and receive a refund for the caned item if you paid by PayPal)

Shipping Policy:

GuitarElectronics.com ships web orders via First Class Mail, Priority Mail and� Express Mail. Shipping is determined by the package weight and type of service the customer selects. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation to notify us when and where the package was delivered.

When will my order be processed shipped and when will I get it?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Web orders placed during the week usually ship the same day. Orders placed later in the day, over the weekend or on holidays are processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping class you choose. Can I track my order on line?
Tracking is NOT provided if you selected First Class Mail or Priority Mail in the USA, (delivery conformation is provided). Online tracking is provided if you selected Express Mail for your USA order or or International Priority Mail or International Express Mail.
What is the difference between Delivery Conformation and Online Tracking?
Delivery conformation notifies the shipper that the package was delivered and the time and location of the delivery. delivery conformation will not provide and accurate information while the package is in transit. Tracking allows the shipper to
Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to most low risk countries around the world.
Why does my international shipping cost say "Actual cost to be determined"?

Sometimes we are unable to obtain a real-time quote on shipping for certain countries. If this happens when you place your order, we will contact you by email with the shipping total before processing your order.
